Michael Annaian, LMT

“My strongest suit is my ability to listen. Giving pure focus to what people share with me allows me the best chance to understand what people need and in turn strengthens my ability to listen to people’s bodies during sessions and help them in the best ways possible.
The energy I bring to my focus also enhances the positive results I bring to my clients. I feel I help people relax, which in turn helps their bodies relax, which then allows me to work into their muscles and tissues with more ease to bring the best results to what ails them.
Bringing this energy and focus to each session helps me perform the modalities such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and muscle energy techniques that I specialize in.
Practicing yoga, playing drums, a well balanced diet, regular exercise, spending time with family, beach life, are all things that fill my energy and focus as a therapist.”
Kristine Amodio, LMT
Kristine completed The Sarasota School of Massage Therapy (SSMT) in 2012.  She has spent the last 7 years deepening her knowledge of our bodies ability to heal.  With training in neuromuscular therapy, Thai yoga massage, reiki, deep tissue, and Swedish massage Kristine best describes her treatment approach as restorative therapeutic massage.  Kristine was trained in medical spas and wellness retreats in Colorado and recently relocated home to Florida to deepen her growth and knowledge working in the St Petersburg area.  Her objective is to help clients create long term treatments goals to ease muscle tension, heal injuries and experience less pain.
Along with massage therapy, yoga and meditation are Kristine’s most used methods of self-care.  She also enjoys hula dance and rock climbing.
